Section 1. Regular meeting of the League shall be held on the third Monday in January, February, March, April, May, June, September, and November in accordance with the League cycle. Meetings shall be called to order at *:00 pm by he President or Vice President. In the absents of both, the Secretary/Treasurer shall call the meeting to order and temporary chairman shall be appointed from the floor.

Section 2. The annual meeting of the League shall be held on the third Monday in January.

Section 3. The nominating committee shall present a slate of officers at the November meeting. This slate of officers will be acted on at the annual meeting.

Section 4. Special meeting shall be called by the President when necessary or at the written request of five (5) companies.

Section 5. Two-thirds (2/3) of the Delegates or Alternates shall constitute a quorum. One Delegate or Alternate from each affiliated company or in the absents of both a representative of said company. |
Section 1. Annual dues shall be payable at the January meeting |
Section 2. The Firemen’s Memorial Service shall be held on the second Sunday of June. The President shall make all arrangements for the services with the Chief of the host company where such services are to be held. Services shall start at 1:00 pm and shall be held according to the League cycle. - The host company shall lead the Memorial Day Parade. - The Memorial Wreath shall remain with the host company. - There shall be no drinking of alcoholic beverages before or during the parade. - No sirens shall be blown before, during, or after the parade. - The League cycle shall be Harrisville, Pascoag #2, Chepachet, Pascoag #1, Oakland-Mapleville, North Smithfield, Glendale, Nasonville, Wallum Lake, West Glocester, Primrose, Harmony, Uxbridge, and Millville. |
Section 3. The President may at any time suspend the order of business by vote of the meeting. |
Section 4. The procedure shall be according to Robert’s Rule of Order. |
